Fees and Pricing

All pricing are approximates and are subject to ranges depending on the complexity and extent of the treatment required as well as the method of payment.

Youth (ages 12 to 18) $120

Front teeth adults $400-$500

Premolars adults $550-$650

Adult Simple starting from $150 and up

Adult Complicated (including wisdom teeth): $200-$450

Teeth Whitening

$400 Take-home whitening kit (choice of 22% or 16% solution)

$400 In-office whitening (30 minute session, 37% solution)

 

*Promos are not eligible with ODSP, CINOT, HS, or OW insurances

Our office will assist you by submitting claims electronically on your behalf to get the fastest response online

(direct billing - yes!)

At your request, we can also submit estimates for advised dental treatment.

 

Please remember to bring your updated insurance information (carrier’s name, policy number, certificate number and policy holder’s date of birth), and insurance booklet if available.

Please note that we collect the full owing copay from you if your insurance coverage is not at 100%, and that all inquiries made on your behalf is a courtesy made by our staff to our patients and we will always try to address any questions or concerns that you may have to the best of our abilities

Additional Fees: 

There is an additional fee of $150 for late cancellations (within 24 hrs) or no-shows, so please let us know at least 48 hrs before your appointment if you need to reschedule.

This is to emphasize that delayed treatment can have detrimental effects on your teeth and health, which can result in less predictable and more costly and complicated treatments.
